お問い合わせフォームの不正利用に関するお知らせ / Notice Regarding Unauthorized Use of Our Contact Form

2026年9月21日、当社Webサイトのお問い合わせフォームが第三者による自動送信に悪用され、フォームに入力された第三者のメールアドレス宛に、当社の自動返信機能を通じて不審なURLを含むメールが送信される事象を確認しました。

当該メールは、当社が意図して送信したものではありません。
noreply@bmnmks.jp から身に覚えのないメールを受信された場合は、本文中のURLを開かず、メールを削除していただきますようお願いいたします。

本件については、警察への相談を行っております。

なお、現時点の調査では、当社サーバーへの不正侵入や、当社が保有する個人情報の流出を示す事実は確認されておりません。

Notice Regarding Unauthorized Use of Our Contact Form

On September 21, 2026, we confirmed that our website's contact form had been abused by a third party for automated submissions. As a result, emails containing suspicious URLs were sent through our automatic reply function to third-party email addresses entered into the form.

These emails were not intentionally sent by BMNMKS Inc.

If you have received an unexpected email from noreply@bmnmks.jp, please do not click any links contained in the message and delete the email.

We are also consulting with the police regarding this incident.

At this time, our investigation has found no evidence of unauthorized access to our servers or leakage of personal information held by our company.

We sincerely apologize for any concern or inconvenience caused to those affected.
